IS OLDER, THE DOLL OR THE LITTLE GIRL?
With so many reproduction dolls on the market, it is easy

for,and don't get cheated! (By the way, the little girl

wearing date from around 1900
Most
insurance companies, will require a certificate of appraisal,
before insuring an Antique or collectible item. These certificates
should be kept in a safe place, preferably out of the home,
such as a safety deposit box. In a secondary market situation,
where you are trying to sell your collectible, many buyers
will want to see an appraisal certificate before purchasing.
At the Doll House Elora, we offer this service. A number of
questions will need to be answered and pictures of your doll
will need to be submitted. The $19.99 (Canadian funds) fee, will
include appraisal of the doll and you will be sent a certificate
of authenticity that may be used for the above situations.
